Toxins and Environment
Many common health issues have roots that include toxic exposure which can infiltrate our bodies through a vast array of sources and forms. Many of the conveniences we enjoy in this day and age also, unfortunately, bring many genetically engineered, chemical, hormonal, microbial, and heavy metal toxic substances into our food, water, air, body care products, and even our cookware, to name a few. And these are in addition to many natural offenders, such as mold in one’s home or workplace, which can greatly affect one’s health. Being informed and aware is a major responsibility that each person must assume during the quest for reclaiming health and enjoying vibrant living. Much information is confusing and contradictory, which discourages many to take an informed approach. However, I greatly encourage each of you to browse the following web sites to initiate your understanding of how toxins may be affecting your health. This is only a sampling of quality web sites that may offer a significant starting point in understanding how environmental and toxic exposure could be influencing your personal issues.
